Since we earlier talked about foods that will keep you from sleeping, we decided to help out and give you some foods that will help to fall asleep. Keyes is a little odd because he eats a full meal before bedtime. We know, he's a little different. So, if you're one of those people like Keyes, we thought we would at least give you some food ideas that will hopefully take you to sleepy town.

It seems foods that contain higher amounts of Melatonin, which include grapes and bananas (click for a smoothie recipe), rice and cereals, herbs and olive oil, can contribute the body falling asleep quicker.

Vitamin B6 is also important to find snooz-ville. Foods to look for that contain higher amounts are turkey, (yes, that is true!) potatoes, chickpeas and pistachios.
