Help Local Veterans Compete in Golden Age Games

Local Veterans are collecting spring cleaning donations from the community for their yard sale.

The yard sale is on Saturday, April 23 at 8am. It will be in the VA Medical Center's parking lot.

This is one of their bigger fundraisers to help the members make it to Detroit to compete this summer. The National Veterans Golden Age Games is an event where veterans can participate in games like table tennis (ping pong), horseshoes, shuffleboard, and so much more.

This is the perfect opportunity to deep clean the house and tidy up. They will be accepting these spring cleaning donations the day of the yard sale at 7am.
