Colorado’s District-51 Preschool Open House Information

It's such an exciting time for both parents and students as they begin to approach the age of preschool. They are learning and growing so much and it's almost time to prepare for the next step in the educational process. Here is all the information you're going to need when looking to enroll your student into preschool here in Western Colorado for District-51.

First, you need to make sure your child will be 3 or 4 years old prior to August 31st, 2021. If that answer is yes, and you're interested in the Preschool Program through District 51, the next step would be that your child needs to meet the district's eligibility requirements (toilet training is not a requirement).

There is an Early Childhood Preschool Open House With Lots of Information

On Thursday, May 13th from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. there will be teachers available to answer all of your questions about the eligibility process for D-51's preschool programs. There will be a questionnaire to fill out and an ASQ developmental screening test during that time. You will also need to bring your child's birth certificate and immunization record.
