Since the 'Keyes & Company' Morning Show is new to this state and not knowing too much about it, finding this article from tourcolorado.org listing some Colorado facts and figures was pretty amazing.

Didn't realize how many historically significant events have happened here. For example, the World's first Stegosaurus was found right here in Grand Junction!

The world's deepest hot spring in Pagosa Springs.

The highest paved road in North America is the road to Mt. Evans off I-70.

The state's connection with 'America The Beautiful' and Katherine Lee Bates.

Colorado is full of amazing facts and figures. Where I'm from the two most noteworthy items are cheese and beer (the Packers, as well). Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it is special to have so many options of wonderful, scenic and historic sites for you and family to go visit.
