Did you see her performance on the X Factor Wednesday night?

Apparently it was so bad people thought she was drunk or on drugs!

LeAnn Rimes says, that she was not drunk. Her lawyer says, "LeAnn was not performing the way she would normally perform, because she was on stage with a young girl. There have been a lot of untrue things said by others and it feeds into this sort of thing."

LeAnn told TMZ that she was not impaired and the performance may have seemed awkward because she was trying to help the 13-year-old Carly Rose Sonenclar perform a song she was having some difficulty with.
