Ban

The list now grows to 11, the number of cities/towns in the Centennial State that have said, 'No more plastic bags.'

Colorado has decided enough is enough and is looking to ban polystyrene products.

A dad in Colorado wants to make it illegal for a child under 13 to own a smartphone.

In case you missed it over the weekend, the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission voted to ban drone hunting in the state. I have to confess, I didn't even realize that  drones were being used, but I'm glad the commission has taken this step.

They stopped short of an outright ban, but If I drank coffee this MIGHT stop me from drinking theirs!

Amendment 64 may have passed allowing adults 21 and older to posses small amounts of recreational marijuana but Montrose City Council members have enacted a permanent ban on the retail sale and growth of marijuana.
