The stars will twinkle a little brighter tonight as legendary comedian Jonathan Winters returns to them. The laughs this man brought to us during his 87 years are as infinite as the stars in the sky. For those of who carry the label of "Generation X," our first memories of this brilliant man probably came from his voice work on "Scooby Doo."

Okay, so the image above is a bit disturbing. We're not quite sure what is going on. The episode was "The Frickert Fracas," and it first aired on September 30th, 1972.  In the episode, the Scooby gang accept an invitation from Winters to stay at Maude Frickert's farm. Unbeknownst to the gang, there is a phantom scarecrow haunting the Frickert farm. Winters portrays both himself and Maude Frickert in the episode.
