Remember This Awesome Scary Grand Junction Hail Storm

Who remembers this scary Grand Junction hailstorm? May 2, 2009, was the date. 

Where were you when this bizarre storm hit? It was eight years ago, but I bet if you witnessed it, you remember exactly where you were and what you were doing.

Courtesy of GJGems we are able to relive that freak occurrence of 2009. The forecast that morning was for a 30 percent chance of rain. It was cloudy, but not threatening, then, it seemed, out of nowhere this brewed up. Thank goodness at least it wasn't a tornado!
