2021 Opening Day Announced at Grand Junction Colorado’s Powderhorn Mountain
Grand Junction's Powderhorn Mountain Resort has announced plans to open the 2021 ski season this Saturday, with the opening day coming December 4th.
The resort will open at 9 am on Saturday and stay open until 4 pm. Powderhorn Mountain will offer top to bottom Colorado skiing on Bill's Run and the lower Peacemaker which is accessible from the Flat Top Flyer.

Both runs are considered intermediate with more skill levels opening as soon as they can get enough snow up on the Grand Mesa.
Early Season Discounts Available Saturday at Powderhorn Mountain
Early season lift tickets are on sale now at $59 for adults, $49 for teens, $39 for Juniors, Kids and Seniors can go up for the Mission: Affordable price of $29. Base lodge and the Sunset Grill will be open Saturday.
What COVID-19 Precautions are Required at Powderhorn Mountain?
Powderhorn encourages all guests to follow the covid-19 guidelines issued by the state of Colorado. The resort will NOT require you to wear a mask on the ski lift or when waiting in line. The resort encourages the advanced purchase option online and ordering food via apps when at the resort.
