Better hit the squats.

If you spend enough time at the gym, you will run into these guys. Guys that may or may not realize that there are exercises for their legs as well! It's not only curls and bench presses.

I do not claim to be an expert on weightlifting or fitness and would never judge another person. Heaven knows I'm not perfect. Just trying to help.

Any simple leg exercises you know of that could hopefully help these guys out?
