This man is a convicted felon and ladies are going nuts for him. He was recently arrested in Stockton, California on felony weapons charges. The Stockton Police Department posted his mugshot on their facebook page and have received over 68,000 likes and over 18,000 comments. There's the proof, the ladies love a bad boy.
