I saw this picture the other day and instantly knew what it was, although I haven't seen or used one in about 20 years, which was the last time I drove my Grandparents 1969 Ford F250 pick-up truck.

For those of you who don't know what that is a picture of, it's a high beams floor button. Believe it or not it's how we used to turn on the high beams back in the day. It was down by your left foot and whenever you wanted your brights on or off, you'd just press on the button with your foot.

I loved that truck, 360 engine V8 four speed manual transmission. It was green and white and had crappy speakers- and I got way too many speeding tickets in it. Man I miss that old bucket.
