Last month, a report was released that found drinking coffee cut your risk of suicide in HALF!  So you'd think that coffee would be GREAT at keeping you alive, right? WRONG!

A new study out of the Mayo Clinic WARNS that drinking more than FOUR cups of coffee a day can INCREASE your risk of DYING by 50%! Because, researchers say, "caffeine's potential to stimulate the release of epinephrine, inhibit insulin activity, and increase blood pressure."

But WAIT, there's MORE!

This latest study completely contradicts the report LAST month, that found drinking FOUR cups of coffee a day can CUT your risk of SUICIDE in HALF! It can do this because coffee acts as a mild ANTIDEPRESSANT, causing your brain to release serotonin and dopamine (the chemicals that give you a feeling of well being).

So is coffee keeping you alive or killing you!?

I have NO idea. . .

Actually I think it's science's latest never-ending quest: to contradict itself and prove everything will both save you AND kill you at the same time!
