A white Cadillac took a shot at another vehicle early Thursday (July 25) morning, resulting in arrests.

Reports that there were shots fired in the 32 Road area in Clifton resulted in Mesa County Sheriff's reporting to the scene.

Individuals in the Cadillac allegedly shot at a white S.U.V. leaving a hole in the back of the vehicle. Sheriff's deputies arriving on the scene spotted the Cadillac and gave chase.

The chase ended on F1/2 Road and I-70 B near the Budweiser plant when law enforcement used the pit maneuver to bring the vehicle to a stop.

Six people were taken into custody and two were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. The weapon was seized as well as drug paraphernalia and alcohol.

The individuals responsible are believed to be juveniles and the investigation is continuing. No names or ages of those responsible have been released at this time.
