Did This Grandfather Cross the Line Drenching Infant in Ice Bucket Challenge?

The ALS Ice Bucket challenge has taken over social media and everyone is doing it, but what this grandfather did has the Internet in an uproar.

They say the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. I think the grandfather of this 10-month-old girl had good intentions, but didn't use common sense when he poured the icy-cold water on himself and the helpless infant.

The video was originally posted on the grandfather's facebook page and had gotten a lot of negative attention and feedback.

The father of the infant is going through a bitter custody battle with the little girl's mother and he's quite upset. He says:

"It's a big deal. It's not his child, it's my child"

The grandfather has not been charged with any crime despite the public outcry.
