Major Mortgage Country Jam artist Dustin Lynch packed up and moved to Nashville to cut his teeth at the now world famous Bluebird Cafe. You are probably familiar with the Bluebird Cafe from ABC's hit show "Nashville."

Dustin Lynch moved to Nashville back in 2003, where he found work in a chemistry lab. During his off time, he devoted his energy to writing tunes, composing more than 200 songs in under 2 years.

During that period, he invested quite a bit of time at the now world famous Bluebird Cafe. Dustin is in good company, since many of today's biggest Country stars paid their dues at the Bluebird's Monday night Open Mic and Sunday Writers' Night. Some of those stars would include:

Gary Allan

Dierks Bentley

Karla Bonoff

Faith Hill

Mark Wills

Trisha Yearwood

Listen to Dustin Lynch reflecting on his Bluebird Cafe days, and how they got him to this point in his career, with an interview on 99.9 KEKB:

Check out "Nashville" on Wednesday nights at 10/9C on ABC, and don't miss Dustin Lynch Friday, June 21st, at 3:15 pm, at Major Mortgage Country Jam.
