If you love pancakes, breakfast meat, and eggs, there is a pancake sandwich on the menu at Randy's you'll probably love. It's called the Mesa. I've never been able to finish it. The pancakes are so big at Randy's that I always have to order the half stack unless I want pancakes for my next two meals.
