All the Fun Characters We Got With Our Colorado Christmas Story Calendar
Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas from all of us here at Townsquare Media in Grand Junction, Colorado We hope you are getting a chance to enjoy this time with friends and family in a way that is special, and meaningful to you.
Around Thanksgiving, members of my family started to text each other about this holiday calendar we had all seen on display at Aldi stores. It was made in the style of an Advent Calendar and set to the theme of A Christmas Story. Once I saw it came with a bar of Lifebuoy soap I was going to buy one.
Fans of the movie 'A Christmas Story' Will Love This Holiday Calendar
If you love the movie, this fun trip down memory lane is a must-have. It's sold for around $30 to $35 dollars but since they did such a good job with this, some toy collectors are already selling unopened sets for $75. I may have to go buy one and never open it. I guarantee it will only go up in value. This movie will be a Christmas favorite for as long as there is Christmas.
My First Christmas In Colorado Was Set to A Christmas Story
I really enjoyed being able to countdown to Christmas with my nieces while we slowly opened up all the doors to Ralphie's house in Hammond, Indiana circa 1983. From the Leg Lamp to the Bumpass's hounds, scroll on to see what was inside the Parker House.
Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!
