3 District 51 Schools Currently on Shelter-In-Place Status

UPDATE: As of 9:59 this morning, the shelter-in-place was lifted at both Nisley Elementary and Bookcliff Middle Schools.

According to School District 51, three area schools are in shelter-in-place status as of 9:30 this morning (Wednesday, February 5).

A social media post from KJCT NEWS 8 reports the following schools are in shelter-in-place status due to police activity in the area:

KJCT News 8 reports all of the schools' exterior doors are locked and no one is allowed in or out of the building.
