Possible Tax Increase You Will Decide In April

This April you will be voting on a sales tax increase to build a community center at Matchett Park and fixing up the existing Orchard Mesa Pool. This will be a .39 percent tax increase. Then a .5 percent sales tax will go to fund public safety which includes several fire stations plus staffing and equipment, as well as some money allocated to the police stations.

Also on the agenda is a .25 percent increase to fund road improvements including completing the I-70 business loop.
