If you are a fan of the wines from the Western Slope and you want to know more about how they are crafted, then make plans to attend the 'Winter Winemaker Wednesday' at the Palisade Cafe 11.0

Winemaker Wednesdays will host a different winery from the West Slope to come in and talk about their wines and the art of making great wine. The evening includes a four-course meal prepared by Head Chef Dave Erwin. The cost of the evening is $55 per person and includes the food, wine, and tip. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 970-464-2888.

On Wednesday, January 25, 2017, the featured winery will be Palisade favorite Carlson Vineyards with Garrett Portra, owner, and winemaker. A selection of four Carlson Vineyard wines will be matched up with all the delicious food.

Winter Winemaker Wednesdays will be ongoing on every other Wednesday until March 8, 2017. You can get more info from the Palisade Cafe website or follow them on FaceBook.
