Amendment 64 was passed last year in Colorado and Washington and new regulations have been put into place ever since. Coming up in October, Colorado will have to pass a set of rules regulating the usage of marijuana. Some of the new regulation could include: purchase and sell of marijuana, potency warning labels, food handlers for edibles, distribution and boundaries on where marijuana can be smoked.

I imagine that smoking marijuana in public will not be one of the places where they can smoke. Also, they probably won't be able to smoke on private property like clubs, bars, restaurants, etc. I think the only place where marijuana will be legal to smoke is in a house or on the smokers private property.

If they had it their way, they would smoke where ever they want, on the street, in the bar, in the club and in the car wash. That, most likely, is not going to happen.
