The task force that was created by Governor Hickenlooper when he proclaimed the votes for Amendment 64 in December had their final meeting yesterday Thursday February 28, 2013. Coming up in October, Colorado will have to pass a set of rules regulating the usage of marijuana. Some of the new regulation could include: purchase and sell of marijuana, potency warning labels, food handlers for edibles, distribution and boundaries on where marijuana can be smoked.
