The craziest, wackiest, most incredibly fun event to hit Western Colorado in ages is now just days away. How does one get in shape in a hurry for the "Insane Inflatable 5K"? Here are some training tips.

For the record, these are just suggestions. We certainly don't mean to imply you can be in peak condition by this Saturday. Of course, a little training will certainly enhance your experience, and maybe even improve your time on the course.
