Jim Nelson knocked something off his bucket list and celebrated his birthday all at once.

Okay, so there's an unspoken trend on the internet that really needs to be addressed. It's the fad of solving a Rubik's Cube under less than ideal circumstances.

Do you need more excitement in your life? I know I do. Although I've ridden a bull, gotten two tattoos, ran half marathons and jumped the Stratosphere in Vegas, always searching for the next adrenaline rush. Skydiving is on my list for sure. It's time to get that rush back into our lives!

Of all the things that can happen when you go skydiving, this isn't one that comes to mind.

With the help of his instructors, a novice skydiver starts his jump normally, but quickly starts a deadly spin that would prevent proper deployment of his parachute and near certain death.

Two planes carrying skydivers collided over Superior, Wis. Saturday (November 2) with one plane bursting into flames. Luckily, all nine skydivers and both pilots survived.
