Spring is here and everyone out enjoying this nice weather. There are countless stories of people finding baby animals, including fawns, baby bears, and baby bobcats.

If you are out walking or hiking enjoying the wilderness and you come across a baby animal that you think might be abandoned think again, chances are the mother is close by.

According to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, if you see wildlife and think it needs to be rescued it doesn't.

Since animals born in the wild are wild animals, chances are they will survive without us.

Animals have been surviving without any help from humans since the beginning of time. The Colorado Parks and Wildlife say, however, if you see an animal that looks sick or weak contact them and they will check it out.
