Shovel Prank is Hilarious and Appalling [POLL]

How can this shovel prank be so appalling but yet so hilarious?  You may find it to be one or the other, but it's possible it could be both.

I have to be honest with you. I am not a big fan of pranks and practical jokes. I'm just not. However, as embarrassed as I am to admit it, I found this one extremely funny. The problem is, somehow I feel I shouldn't laugh at this - but I can't help myself.
