Heather Jensen made her first court appearance in Mesa County last week before Mesa County Judge Valerie Robison who denied her lawyers request for a gag order.

Jensen was formally charged with two counts of criminally negligent child abuse resulting in death, two counts of criminally negligent homicide and false reporting to authorities after she left her two sons in her running Toyota 4Runner for 90 minutes while she met her boyfriend in another vehicle.
