Heather Jensen Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

Heather Jensen was sentenced to 10 years in prison after she left her two young children in a running vehicle at Powderhorn in November.

Jensen was found not guilty on two counts of criminal negligence homicide, but was found guilty of child abuse and lying to authorities.

Jensen has been sentenced to five years on each count of child abuse which will be served consecutively and six months for false reporting.
