A massive storm that rolled through Grand Junction early this morning, is causing many delays in your commute this morning!

According to listeners EB & WB I-70 are both down to one lane due to a rock slide at mile marker 53.

One listener reported that a truck had been hit in an east-bound lane and that rock debris was blocking a west-bound lane.

Also in town motorists were being diverted around portions of Riverside Parkway due to flooding and high water in the street.

According to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office:

Some streets flooded south of downtown Grand Junction with 7th street closed south of Winters Ave. Most lanes of the Parkway have reopened. Plan accordingly on your way to work this morning.
