$10,000 Reward Offered In Fruita Church Fire
A substantial reward is being offered in connection with a fire last week in Fruita that was intentionally set.
Investigation Continues
It was early in the morning on April 26 when the Fruita Police Department and the Lower Valley Fire District responded to a fire at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 417 E. Ottley Avenue. The church sustained significant damage and arson is suspected.
The investigation into the devastating fire is continuing by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Fruita Police Department, and the Lower Valley Fire District. Authorities are asking the public for any video of security cameras in the area that may show suspicious activity or vehicles late that Sunday night and early Monday morning.
Reward Offered
A reward of $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or individuals responsible for setting the fire.

It's likely that somebody knows something about the fire, saw something, or has some video footage that could provide some clues in this case.
