Lyle Nichols transformed the Prime Cut Cow into a truck, complete with a window in the middle of the cow and even a flower sill. Lyle posted the Prime Cut Cow truck on a local Facebook group for sale at $15,000 and you could use it to:

Draw attention to your business or have your company sleep in it or take on fun road trips.

The Prime Cut Cow used to be in front of a place called Prime Cut on 12th and Orchard. It's where Kannah Creek now stands and has been around Grand Junction so long that it's a historical landmark.

Prime Cut Cow

I have a feeling we'll be seeing the Prime Cut Cow a whole lot more in the Grand Valley.
