Gov. Polis Prohibits Onsite Dining at Colorado Restaurants
Governor Polis announced Monday (March 16, 2020) prohibiting onsite dining at Colorado restaurants. This follows suit with many states who already made this decision to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Restaurants are still permitted drive-thru, takeout, and delivery services.
This goes into effect immediately and will remain in effect for 30 days. Polis also ordered gyms, theaters, and casinos to close.
According to Polis, the state will adopt the CDC's guidelines in real-time.
This will take an obvious toll on local bars and restaurants, if you'd like to help them, here are a few suggestions.
