Another Mesa County restaurant has been robbed. This time it was Pizza Hut in Fruita.

Around 9 p.m. last night (Nov. 2) Fruita police received a call that a man walked into Pizza Hut, showed a weapon and demanded money. He was able to escape on foot and is still on the loose. The man is described as a white male around 30 years of age, sporting a goatee and wearing a black hoodie. This is very similar to the descriptions given for the other robberies.

This is the latest addition to a growing list of Mesa County area businesses that have been hit. An Arbys in Delta, Jimmy Johns in Grand Junction and a Sonic in Clifton.
