The only thing better than having fun is having fun while helping a good cause. That is what the Party at the Patch is all about, a fun time to benefit the Grant-a-Wish Program in Grand Junction.

Admission to the party is $7 and is being held 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. October 13 at Moon Farm Pumpkin Patch at 1360 18 1/2 Road near Fruita.

Moon Farm Pumpkin Patch is a fun place to be around Halloween with lots of great family activities like a corn maze, straw maze, a petting zoo, and hayrides. Plus,the Party at the Patch will feature pumpkin carving demos, a photo booth, a mini-carnival, a bouncer, and live music.

Cider, coffee, cotton candy, and pumpkins will all be available for purchase.

On the 13th, proceeds will benefit the local Grant-a-Wish Program, which provides scholarships for young people in Mesa County to participate in various activities and programs.

If you are looking for a fun family event, get the kids together and come on out to Party at the Patch.
