If you can't keep a New Year's resolution to save your life, then I have just the thing for you! Here is a list of things we AREN'T going to do because they make us unhappy!

I was thinking about all the things I SHOULDN'T be doing during the day, because they sabotage me mentally!

Things I need to make a conscious effort to stop.

Things like worrying, getting stressed out & being angry!

So I made a list, that way if I start feeling cruddy, I can look back and take five minutes to get back on the feel good track.
