Stolen From Colorado's Mesa Verde National Park
Check out the video above. This footage, captured in the early morning hours of November 26, 2022, shows a vehicle entering the park, and then 45 minutes later, exiting the park with a stolen utility trailer.
Duration Of The Event
Take a close look at the timestamps on the video. A total of 45 minutes pass between the time the truck enters the park and the time it exits.
What Was Stolen
According to Mesa Verde National Park's official Facebook page, items stolen include:
- white 20-foot double axle pull-behind trailer, Colorado license plate DSI238
- 2 Honda generators
- other equipment valued at $40,000
Mesa Verde National Park
Mesa Verde National Park is located in southwestern Colorado, ten miles east of Cortez. According to Wikipedia, Mesa Verde National Park is an American national park and UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Montezuma County. The park protects some of the best-preserved Ancestral Puebloan archaeological sites in the United States.
