Man Pleads ‘Guilty’ To Teen Killing

According to KKCO News, the man accused of killing 14 year old Justin Burns, has plead guilty to two different charges.

Guy Pohto, 59 from Minnesota, has plead guilty to one charge of 'reckless manslaughter' and one charge of 'hunting in a careless manner.'

He was taken into custody where he will be held at the Mesa County Detention Center until his sentencing. That court date is schedule for April 6.

The 'reckless manslaughter' charge is a Class 4 Felony. That means Pohto could face up to a maximum 6 years in prison. He is being held without bond.
