Illegal Immigrant Colorado Students Get Lower Tuition

DENVER (AP) — A proposal allowing illegal immigrant students pay lower college tuition rates got final approval today in the Colorado House.

The bill would allow students who graduate from Colorado high schools attend college at the in-state rate regardless of their immigration status. Gov. John Hickenlooper is expected to sign it.
