It's probably safe to say we are all very much aware as to the existence of the accordion. As a matter of fact, they're pretty hard to forget. June is recognized as "National Accordion Awareness Month." How do you plan to celebrate?

Perhaps this is everyone's cue to run right out and join a Polka band. Oh, you say you already belong to a Polka band? Well, perhaps there are other ways to be "aware" of the accordion.

Ask yourself, "Have I truly appreciated the accordion?" As it turns out, the instrument is very versatile, and fits well in a wide variety of genres.
