Help Stuff the Bus & Get Passes to Asleep at The Wheel While Supplies Last!

Supply kids with the tools they need to learn and get a pair of passes to Asleep at the Wheel!

Remember the excitement you felt going to buy your NEW school supplies?!

Imagine NOT having that opportunity and going back to school with NOTHING!

Sad isn't it . . .?

It's a true fact for MANY children in Western Colorado, but you can help!

There are those who simply can not afford to go out and buy new clothes for all of their kids, AND school supplies for each one that's why KEKB created "Stuff the Bus".

This annual campaign collects school supplies for kids in kindergarten through high school.  Each school in Mesa County is able to identify the children that are in need, and they distribute the donated supplies to those kids.

Obviously, the success of this campaign depends on the response of our listeners, who seem to rise to the challenge of Stuff the Bus year after year.

We have just one day to go before we have to un-stuff the First Student Bus, located at Clock Court in Mesa Mall, and we have a long way to go.

All you have to do to help is pick up a bag or two of school supplies and slip in one of the bus windows, there is even a list of supplies on the bus, but we need all of the basic supplies from pens and pencils, to crayons and glue, paper, folders, notebooks, rulers, backpacks, etc.

• Real Estate West in the American National Bank Building on Patterson
• or Timberline Bank on 24 Rd & Patterson

We also would encourage to get your office involved over the next few days to collect school supplies for the campaign. If you office is doing something, call us up at 242-5665 and we will announce it on the air!

Remember if you drop off your donation Thursday the 8th between 5 & 7 you'll get a pair of passes to ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL while supplies last & be entered to win a pair of passes to Rock Jam 2013!
