Grand Junction Colorado Residents Would Like to Be ‘Here’ Right Now
Last week I went to Facebook to ask you, "If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?" Here's what people from Grand Junction, Colorado had to say.
You'll be surprised to see how many people, given any choice in the world, would like to be precisely where they are.
People From Grand Junction, Colorado Would Like to Be Where?
It was an open question: "If you could be anywhere right now, it would be _________." As you can imagine, some replied with very exotic locations. Then again, a few people responded with places with harsh climates.
Not surprisingly, many people replied they would like to be with their families. Some would like to be where their adult children now live.
Some Very Practical Answers
One person, James S, possibly one of the hardest working people I know, simply wants to be in bed, asleep, for a long time.
One person replied they actually wanted to be at work. Considering that comment was followed by the wink emoji, I suspect they were being sarcastic.
One of the Benefits of This Post
You replied with some very interesting locations. Some of them I've never heard of. It seems I'm overdue for a visit to Goblin Valley State Park in Utah. For that matter, Eric W suggests Glamis Sand Dunes, the "largest off-highway vehicle (OHV) recreation area for sand dunes in the United States!"
Well, it seems I need to get out more. These suggestions, all of them with the possible exception of "work," sound like great places to be.
