This is especially good news with all the snow and the bomb cyclone all have worked together to help drought-plagued Colorado.

Forecasters say that because of all the snowfall and especially the bomb cyclone it could help end the state's drought.

I can remember many people trying to conserve their water, not watering their lawns as much. Trying not to wash their cars as much. So, hopefully, with winter snow we will have much more water than in years past.

The National Weather Service says if the melting water this spring and summer has time to saturate the top layers of soil, Colorado is in good shape.
