Conference calls are always a pain in the butt, the constant dings, background noise, dogs barking, dropped calls, check out this video that hits the nail on the head

We have them at least once a week and it seems to me regardless of how often we do them, MOST people don't know proper call etiquette and CRAZINESS ensues!
