The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is a sad website. It's sad because there are children on there, many from Colorado, that have been on that site for years.

How is it possible that children can go missing and stay missing for two, three sometimes 20 years?

I checked the website this morning, and there are 72 children missing in the state. The  child who has been missing the longest was barely a year old when he disappeared and would be 32 today. While no longer a child, his family has never heard from him.

As a parent, this breaks my heart, that so many children would be separated from their parents for so long. Many of the children shown on the website are missing, but there are also several that show a family abduction, and this is something I cannot fathom.

Included in this list is Abby Blagg, who has been missing since 2001 when her mother was murdered. Her father, Michael Blagg, was imprisoned for the crime, but is currently trying to get his conviction overturned.

Take a look at a few of these kids who have been reported missing and see if you can help find them and reunite them with their parents.
