The 2023 data from Trade.org says Boulder, Colorado, was one of our most-visited cities. The city is about 35 miles from nearby Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado's #1 tourist attraction, and the 5th most visited National Park in the country. More than 4 million people (foreign and domestic) visit Rocky Mountain National Park each year.

#2 Pikes Peak

The city of Colorado Springs ranks as America's 100th most-popular city for International tourists. Not only is the city home to America's mountain, but guests also get to check out the Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, and the National Museum of the United States Air Force.

#3 Mesa Verde National Park

The ancient cliff dwellings around Mesa Verde were built by hand using simple tools and stones. These remarkable structures were built around the same time as Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Their exceptional preservation helped earn this Colorado National Park UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 1978, adding even more prestige to an already incredible piece of Colorado history.
