If you've "Got Kids" you probably have questions, and we're here to help you find the answers! This week we're talking about how to treat colds in children, and non medicinal options for those with young kids!

This Weeks Topic:

Some options for cold treatments at home:

  1. Humidifiers-Throughout the house or at least their bedroom
  2. Saline Drops-moist nasal passages are able to get rid of antigens quicker
  3. Warm Bath-to relieve achy muscles
  4. Hot Shower-You don't even have to get in it, just let the bathroom fill with steam and sit in there
  5. Mentholatum-put a layer on feet and cover with socks, or on lower chest area. Check on baby vicks
  6. Freezer Air-For coughs open the freezer and let your child breath in the cold air, this will shrink the passages.
  7. TALK with your Doctor
