Another New Grand Junction Business?

Anyone want to take a guess on what is happening here? A possible new Grand Junction business?

This is the lot of the former Johnson's Flower Shop on North Avenue across from Stocker Stadium. The past three weeks or so they have been slowly taking down the greenhouses. I am hoping that they leave the building the store was in alone. I would think it has some sort of historic importance.
