Is April Fools' Day really even a holiday? According to Wikipedia, while observed by cultures around the world, April Fool's isn't even a legitimate holiday. 

The observation of April Fools' Day, or All Fools Day as some call it, has received a mixture of praise and criticism over the years. The positive aspect of the holiday includes the benefits of a good laugh over a harmless joke.

On the negative side, events of the day can come off as manipulative and rude, and legitimate news events can be dismissed by the public as just another prank.
