What in the World is a Facekini?

Most Americans go to the beach just to get a good tan. Our friends over in the East, the Far East, are avoiding that very reason. The Chinese have started a new fad called a Facekini.

These Facekini's are like body suits but they protect the beach goers face from getting any sun whatsoever. There are a couple holes for your mouth, eyes and nose but they don't look very stylish. They come in different patterns and colors which might make the beach look like a hang out spot for Mexican Wrestlers, bank robbers and superhero's whose only weaknesses are the sun.

Facekini's have other uses than just protecting from the sun. They are good at protecting your face from insects and jellyfish as well. The orange masks are great for protecting people from sea creatures.

If you are that scared of the sun, sea creatures and insects wouldn't you think you would avoid the beach all together and find a nearby indoor swimming pool? I really hope that the U.S. doesn't pick up this ridiculous fad.
